Is it the nutranail or the petites polish? Either way it's not good

So a quick update, I'm not sure if the nutranail treatment I talked about yesterday just doesn't make a good base, or if the petites polish just isn't very good but less than 24 hours later every nail is bare. The polish peeled off each nail in a single piece, leaving no damage or roughness behind, thank goodness. But it doesn't bode well for the nutranail base coat in my opinion.
